Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation of your course, program, or service before it has commenced, subject to the terms below.
To cancel, please email us at [your customer-support email] or use the contact form on our website (e.g. via your Contact Us page).
When we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm via email whether cancellation is accepted.
Once the service or course has started (e.g. first class conducted or first module accessed), cancellation may not be allowed (or may be allowed only partially) — see “Refunds” below.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests submitted after commencement or after certain deadlines (e.g. 24 or 48 hours before start).
- Refund Policy
Full Refund
If you cancel before the course or service has begun, you will be eligible for a full refund (minus any processing or bank / transaction fees).
If we, Disha Education Mission, cancel the course or cannot deliver it, you will receive a full refund (or alternatively, may opt for a credit for a future program).
Partial Refund
If cancellation is requested after commencement but within a defined period (e.g. within the first week or first module), you may be eligible for a pro rata refund (refund for remaining unused portion).
We will deduct the cost of any sessions already delivered or materials used.
No Refund
If cancellation is requested after a certain time threshold (e.g. more than one week after start, or after mid-term), no refund may be provided.
If you have accessed all course materials / completed a significant portion, refunds may not be possible.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved, we will process it within [e.g. 7–14 business days].
Refund will be made to the original payment method (e.g. bank account, credit card, digital wallet).
You may be responsible for any transaction or bank charges associated with the refund.
- How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request via email or contact form, including:
Your full name
The course / service you enrolled in
Date of purchase / enrollment
Reason for cancellation / refund request
Any supporting documentation (if relevant)
We will review your request and respond within [e.g. 3 business days].
If approved, refund will be processed within the timeframe mentioned above.
- Exceptions & Special Cases
Promotional / Discounted Courses: Courses purchased under special discounts, promotional offers, or via third-party affiliates may have different refund rules (e.g. no refund or limited refund).
Third-Party Services / Tools: If a portion of service involves third-party tools, platforms, or external services, their terms may also apply.
Force Majeure / Cancellation by Us: If we must cancel or postpone a course for reasons beyond our control (e.g. instructor illness, regulatory requirements), you may opt for a full refund or transfer to another session.
Change in Course Format: If we alter the format (e.g. from in-person to online) materially and you do not accept that change, you may request cancellation and refund under the pre-commencement rule.
- Dispute Resolution
If there is any dispute about refunds, cancellations or policy interpretation, you may contact us via our email or contact page, and we will make sincere efforts to resolve amicably. In case of unresolved disputes, applicable consumer protection laws will apply.
- Policy Updates
We reserve the right to amend or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued participation or enrollment after a change will constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
